SEARCHING FOR THE VICTORIAN GHOST

FORT LAUDERDALE, FEBRUARY 2006:  Although many people do not believe in ghosts, there are too many unexplained incidents taking place in today's world to blithely disregard them. This week in Orlando, FL, a couple, about to move their Japanese restaurant to the famous Church Street Station building, have backed out of their lease. The reason? Ghosts are haunting the edifice. According to the renter's attorney the apparitions are restless and getting in the way. Meanwhile, psychics, mediums and paranormal investigators of all types are trying to gain permission to look into the phenomenon. Mitchell Angell can tell them about ghosts. Especially one very special Victorian ghost….

Driving along a lonely stretch of road in the north Georgia Mountains, private investigator James Mitchell swerves to avoid hitting a young lady—only to have her mysteriously vanish into the woods. Stopping to repair his flattened tire, he discovers a diamond ring with an inscription: "To Sara, with Love."

The discovery leads James to the nearby town of Archer, Georgia, and to an investigation into the death of two local teenagers. As events unfold and clues begin to add up, James soon finds that everything in Archer is not as it seems, and the mystery of The Victorian Ghost is much more shocking than he could have imagined.

Mitchell Angell was born at England AFB, Louisiana, and raised in Covington, Virginia.  He currently resides in Valdosta, Georgia, with his wife, Anita, and their two children, Justin and Ashley. He is retired from the United States Air Force and currently works for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He enjoys traveling, especially to the mountains or beach, and attending car shows in his 1968 Mustang.
