Tiffany Marshall was born and raised in Ridgecrest, a small town in the Mojave Desert of California.  She has a BA in Speech Communication from Cal Poly State University ~ San Luis Obispo (GO Mustangs!).  After graduation, Marshall spent four years working as a Recruiter in the Staffing Industry conducting work preparedness trainings and helping people find jobs.  Currently she is pursuing an MBA from the University of Montana while working in Accounting.  She now lives in Montana and, in her spare time, enjoys outdoor sports and traveling with her fiancé, Scott.
